Harare: Zimbabwe’s new President, Emmerson Mnangagwa, expressed gratitude on Wednesday for the relentless cooperation of the nation’s citizens and the army. According to news agency Xinhua, Emerson said in his first public address after returning from exile that he was overwhelmed with the cooperation he received after being dismissed by Robert Mugabe two weeks ago.
Sharing his commitment to serve the people, he said that all the people of the country need to unite and develop the economy for the creation of jobs. He said that we need peace in the country, we need employment for our people. He said that he has started receiving assurances of cooperation from many countries.
