UP Budget 2021: Yogi government opens the box – presents 5.5 lakh crore budget

Like every year, the budget 2021 has presented in Uttar Pradesh this year( UP Budget 2021). It has presented by UP Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna. The Yogi Adityanath-led BJP government in Uttar Pradesh has presented the last full budget of this term.

Presenting the biggest budget in UP so far( UP Budget 2021):

Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna presented the development budget of CM Yogi on Monday. It is the largest budget of Rs 5,50,270 crore in the history of UP. In the last budget of the current tenure of the government, State Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna has made a provision of 101 crores for the under-construction Maryada Purushottam Shriram Airport in Ayodhya. At the same time, new schemes worth 27,598.40 crores are going to be in the budget.

Here’s what came out of (UP Budget 2021) the budget box of the Yogi government:

In the Financial Budget 2021-22, an amount of 2,000 crores has proposed for the Mandal Area Development Fund for the development work of the Legislative areas.

In order to extend the benefits of various public welfare schemes run by the government to all sections of the society. New development schemes worth 27 thousand 598 crores 40 lakh have included in the budget of 2021-22.

From the financial year 2021-22, a self-sufficient farmer integrated development scheme will conduct. A provision of 100 crores has made for the implementation of this scheme.

An amount of 600 crores has proposed under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Accident Welfare Scheme launched with the aim of providing social security to the farmers of the state.

In the financial year 2021-22, a provision of 700 crores has set. It is for providing free water facility to the farmers of the state.

In order to provide a permanent and continuous source of income to rural landowners. A target has set to install 15,000 solar pumps in the financial year 2021-22 under the Prime Minister Kisan Energy Security and Upliftment Campaign.

UP Budget 2021 for the upliftment of women and children

The government of Uttar Pradesh, dedicated to the upliftment of the women of the state. The govt has decided to further implement the Chief Minister Kanya Sumangala Yojana in the financial year 2021-22.

Mukhyamantri Saksham Sucharnithan Yojan is going to implement from the financial year 2021-22. Basically to address the problem of malnutrition in women and children. 100 crore has been provided in the budget for this scheme.

To ensure the economic independence of women, Mahila Sashakti Yojana will be conducted from the financial year 2021-22. An amount of ₹ 200 crores has proposed for this new scheme.

A number of Rs 4,094 crore has proposed in the financial year 2021-22. For the nutritional program aimed at ensuring all-round physical development of the children of the state. A provision of 415 crores has made for the National Nutrition Campaign.

For the empowerment of women, the state government is wielding mission power in the state. In the same order, an amount of 32 crores has proposed in the budget. This is for the establishment of Mahila Shakti Kendras.

For the development of Youth

The government is constantly trying to promote sports in the state. For this, a provision of 8.55 crores for Youth Sports Development and Promotion Scheme.

To promote youth fitness in rural areas, a budget provision of 25 crores has proposed. It is for the construction of the rural stadium and open gym.

To promote sports in western Uttar Pradesh, a budget of 20 crores has proposed. This budget is for the establishment of a new sports university in the Meerut district.

To provide financial assistance to young advocates, a corpus of 05 crores has proposed in the Corpus Fund.

Proposal of 20 crores for the construction of Advocate Chamber and development of other infrastructure facilities in various districts of the state.

A provision of a budget of 10 crores has been proposed for young advocates to purchase books and magazines etc.

For better treatment and healthcare

With a view to providing better treatment in urban areas, a budget of 425 crores proposed for urban health and health centres.

A budget of Rs 1,073 crore has been proposed for creating the diagnostic infrastructure for primary health care facilities in the state.

A budget of 320 crores proposed for Pradhan Mantri Maternity Vandana Yojana with a view to ensuring medical facilities for women.

With a view to strengthening health facilities in the state, a budget provision of Rs. 142 crore for the Ayushman Bharat-Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana and 100 crores. The main purpose is for providing accessible medical facilities to every person in the state.

For the purpose of providing free health facilities to the people of the state, a budget of 1,300 crores was proposed for the Ayushman Bharat Scheme.

To provide the highest health facilities to every person of the state, a budgetary provision of 5,395 crores has been proposed under the National Rural Health Mission.

Budget provision of 50 crores proposed for the prevention of Covid-19 and vaccination scheme to keep the people of the state safe from corona epidemic.

To provide better facilities to the students, a budgetary provision of 270 crores for the Atal Residential School.
