Twitter now offers Super Following for all iOS users

As of today’s update, all iOS users may now choose which authors on Twitter they want to be “Super Followed.”

According to The Verge, only in the US and Canada can you monetize your Twitter account through monthly subscriptions. This option was first offered in September.

In February, Super Follows was first introduced by Twitter and made available to a small number of creators in September. Subscribers made a total of USD 6,000 in the first two weeks.

To be eligible for Super Follows, a user must meet the policy’s minimal standards. Anyone 18 or older, with at least 10,000 followers, and 25 tweets in the last 30 days, can participate in the contest! Upon acceptance, they are required to tweet at least 25 times per month for 30 days.

Twitter takes 3% of revenue from Super Follows subscriptions, so users can keep up to 97% of their earnings after in-app purchase fees. After in-app purchase fees, users who make at least USD 50,000 will be eligible for an 80 percent payout, with Twitter taking up to 20% of future earnings.

Bonus content and badges are supposed to be given out to people who become Super Followers. According to The Verge, Twitter has stated that it plans to expand Super Follows to include Android and web users in the future.
