Washington, White House has said that the first meeting between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong will be on 9 June at the time of Singapore on June 12. Announcing the time of the meeting, Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said that a team in Singapore is finalizing preparations and the team will be there until the talks begin. Sarah said that before the trump meeting, taking national security briefings on North Korea daily.
Meeting in Shangri-La Hotel
Singapore’s Shangri-La Hotel could be a possible venue for an upcoming meeting between the two leaders. Singapore officials said in an order published online in the official gazette that extra security measures will be taken in the area around the hotel from 10 June to 14 June.
