There is more general opinion than differences between China, India.

Pretoria, China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi told to Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj, other than the BRICS Ministerial Conference here, that China and India have broad shared interests and there is more amity than the differences between them. Sushma and Wang come to Bricks (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) joined the Foreign Ministers meeting on Monday.

During the meeting, both leaders discussed ,ways to maintain momentum in bilateral and multilateral cooperation. The meeting was held almost a month after a unofficial meet in Wuhan between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping. China’s official news agency Xinhua has said to Wang that China and India have wide-ranging interests and there is a greater consensus than the differences between them. Wang is also the Chinese State Counselor.

The Foreign Minister of China said that working with China and India will increase the shared development of both countries, the whole world will benefit and contribute to the progress of human civilization. He said that China and India must maintain peace and stability in the border areas according to the amorous plan between the leaders of both the countries. Both countries should increase the synergy and play a constructive role in the development of BRICS organizations, SCO and other multilateral.
