
Samsung Galaxy A54 5G, Galaxy A34 5G launched in India
The Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G are two new smartphones that Samsung has added to its A-series lineup in India. The gadgets were unveiled on March 15 in a few international regions and will be sold in India starting on March 28. Although the particular model names have not been made public, these devices have octa-core processors and Super AMOLED panels with 120Hz refresh rates. Both smartphones use the new One UI 5.1 user interface and run Android 13 out of the box.
The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G costs Rs. 38,999 in India, while the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant costs Rs. 40,999. Amazing Lime, Awesome Graphite, and Awesome Violet are the possible colour options for the smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G, on the other hand, has a starting price of Rs. 30,999 for its base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option and a price of Rs. 32,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage edition. It comes in the colours Awesome Lime, Awesome Graphite, and Awesome Silver.
The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G will be up for pre-order on the corporate website starting on March 16 with deliveries starting on March 28. Consumers who use specific bank cards to make transactions will initially receive a rebate of Rs. 3,000. The Galaxy Buds Live are available for Rs. 999 to those who pre-order the new devices. There are also EMI choices available.

The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G enable dual SIMs (nano) and run One UI 5.1 over Android 11. For both smartphones, Samsung guarantees four generations of OS updates and five years of security updates. The smartphones have 120Hz refresh rate Super AMOLED panels with full-HD+ resolution. Vision booster assistance is built into the displays, which improves visibility outside. The Galaxy A34 5G features a slightly larger 6.6-inch screen than the Galaxy A54 5G, which has a 6.4-inch display.
The triple rear camera modules of the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G are equipped with an LED flash. A 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 12-megapixel ultra-wide shooter with an f/2.2 lens, and a 5-megapixel macro shooter with an f/2.4 lens are all part of the Galaxy A54 5G’s camera configuration. A 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide shooter with an f/2.2 lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens are all included on the Galaxy A34 5G. A 32-megapixel selfie camera sensor with an f/2.2 lens is present on both smartphones. The camera units’ Nightography feature enables brighter pictures and videos to be captured in low light.
The internal capacity of the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G is 256GB, but it can be increased to 1TB with a microSD card. A USB Type-C port, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/A-GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, and others are among the connectivity possibilities they both provide. Sensors such an accelerometer, light sensor, fingerprint sensor, gyro sensor, magnetometer, and proximity sensor are included in both devices.
Samsung has fitted the Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G with 5,000mAh batteries, which are said to last up to two days on a single charge. Both variants have stereo speakers that have been upgraded with Dolby technology and are IP67-certified. The Samsung Knox security system is also included with the phones.
