After the Redmi 9C and Redmi 10C, Redmi is apparently planning to introduce a new entry-level phone in its C series. According to reports, the IMEI database has a new Redmi phone with the model number 2212ARNC4L and the name Redmi Note 12C. Additionally, the Federal Communications Commission has cleared the device (FCC). As a result, it is assumed that the device will soon be released on the global market. A 6.7-inch HD+ display is also expected to be included with the gadget.

The Redmi 12C’s model number, 2212ARNC4L, was found in the IMEI database, according to a report by Xiaomi. It allegedly went by the name Redmi Note 12C. Additionally, the phone reportedly appeared on the FCC certification website, but there were no details listed.

According to the source, some of the Redmi 12C’s features were hinted at in an MIIT certification listing for the phone. The Redmi smartphone is expected to have a 6.7-inch HD+ resolution IPS LCD display and be available with 2GB, 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB of RAM and 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB of storage space, according to rumours.

In addition, it has been claimed that the TENAA database had information about the Redmi 12C’s design. An LED flash, a fingerprint reader, a triple camera configuration on the back, and a drop-notch front panel are all expected to be included in the device. The smartphone might be introduced to the world’s markets, including China and India.

The listing apparently included the Redmi 12C’s most recent internal MIUI builds, which are V13.0.1.0.SCVCNXM, V13.0.0.19.SCVEUXM, V13.0.0.13.SCVINXM, and V13.0.0.10.SCVMIXM. This means that MIUI 13, which is based on Android 12, will already be installed on the phone when it is released.

The Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G edition recently showed up in the IMEI database, indicating that it would soon be available in countries around the world. According to reports, it will be renamed Redmi Note 10 Pro. The codename, sweet k6a global, is disclosed in the allegedly published Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G listing. The phone is expected to have specs that are similar to those of the Redmi Note 10 Pro, with a few design and camera enhancements. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G octa-core SoC, an Adreno 618 GPU, up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage are all included in the Redmi Note 10 Pro.
