Business with personal training is booming. Everyone knows one, everyone has one – or wants one.

What was previously reserved exclusively for celebrities such as Madonna & Co. is now also possible for “normal” people: sports with their own coach. Although most people are still looking to Hollywood and want to be able to train with the very big ones in the industry, a huge scene has long since formed.

Because the term “personal trainer” is not protected, everyone can call themselves like this. It is all the more important to know: Who is good enough – and who is hiding behind the title? What makes a good coach, and how do I find him? How much is one hour?
