How to prepare
First of all, put the soaked rajma overnight with salt and keep it to boil. Till then, add some tomatoes, one-inch ginger, and green chilies and grind them. Grind it lightly. After this, chop some green coriander and wash it well.
Heat oil in a pan and then add a whole red chili and cumin seeds and crackle it to make rajma. Then add grated tomato puree to it. Cook it well. Now add 3 to 4 whole black pepper and cloves to it. Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and a little rajma masala, and cook it well. Keep it covered, and then when it leaves the oil then add rajma to it. Also, add water as required. When it is cooked well, test it and add salt. Now add garam masala to it and serve garnished with green coriander.
