Gameplay Technology

Having trouble accessing the PUBG New State app or website? Ready for the PUBG: New State 0.9.26 update. Krafton will be releasing the new version today, and as a result, the site will be down. From 6:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., the popular battle royale game for Android and iOS devices will be unavailable for maintenance. The game will be inaccessible to players during this period when the new update is implemented. Notably, the downtime might be prolonged if there are any problems when the update is being implemented.

On Tuesday, publisher Krafton stated on the New State Mobile website that the popular game will be shut down for maintenance on March 17 while the March update, also known as the v0.9.26 upgrade, was deployed. During this period, gamers will be unable to access the game. According to Krafton, the outage would last from 1am to 6am UTC (or 6:30am to 11:30am IST). However, if there are any problems when installing the update, the downtime may be extended.

The new 0.9.26 version will address optimization issues and add a new play location named Avanpost to the Erangel map. Other new improvements include the new MG3 gun, which uses 7.62mm ammo and has two distinct firing modes, each of which affects the weapon’s recoil differently. Additionally, the Vector and Mini-14 weapons will gain additional customization options that boost the ammunition capacity and stability of the rifle, respectively.

The March update for New State Mobile will also include a new weapon, the MG3, which is an auto-firing machine gun with a capacity of 75 bullets and 7.63mm ammo with 660 and 990 RPM settings. According to Krafton, it supports a scope and a bipod to lessen recoil when prone shooting. The forthcoming update will also include additional weapon customization, such as C2 for the Vector with a drum magazine, increasing the capacity to 45 rounds at the expense of slower reloading. Meanwhile, the Mini-14 includes a C2, which means that players may mount a tactical stock for enhanced stability at the expense of slower ADS.
