Ponniyin Selvan 2 trailer, music launched

Now being released are the trailer and soundtrack for the much anticipated Ponniyin Selvan 2 film. Attending the occasion are prominent members of the cast and crew of the movie, including Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Vikram, Karthi, Trisha, and AR Rahman. The special guest for the occasion is megastar Kamal Haasan, who has previously collaborated with Ratnam. The PS 2 caravan unveiling will take place at Chennai’s Nehru Indoor Stadium.

The movie’s official social media account has already shared some details about the important debut. “A night of music, memories, and history awaits you at the #PS2 music launch. Please enter. “A great occasion calls for a momentous guest!” is another post. Third, please join us as we welcome the one and only #UlagaNayagan @ikamalhaasan sir to announce the music and trailer for #PS2 on March 29 at the Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai.

The sequel to Ponniyin Selvan, which is based on Kalki Krishnamurthy’s 1955 novel of the same name, will start when Oomai Rani, played by Aishwarya Rai, dives into the water at the conclusion of the original movie to save Ponniyin Selvan.

AR Rahman created the music for both Ponniyin Selvan movies. AR Rahman remarked during the Ponniyin Selvan 2 music launch, “I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mani sir for giving me employment for such a long period. At every step, he serves as a mentor, friend, and brother to me. He is frequently asked when he will return. They pose the same query to me every three years. He does, however, just encourage me the entire time. He has increased the quality of Tamil cinema.”
