The Oppo Reno 7 is now available! Oppo has unveiled the Reno 7 series in China, including the Reno 7 Pro, Reno 7, and Reno 7 SE. All three phones are powered by a MediaTek Dimensity and Snapdragon chipset, and they all have different camera hardware. Oppo has yet to make any announcements about a launch in India.
The Reno 7 Pro and Reno 7 adopt the distinctive flat appearance of the Reno 6 5G, which was released in India earlier this summer. The Reno 7 SE, which has a more traditional phone look, is now the cheapest choice, costing CNY 2199 (roughly ₹26,000) for the base edition. Here’s a closer look at all of the technical specifications and features.
Features of the Oppo Reno 7 Pro 5G
The Reno 7 Pro is essentially a redesigned Reno 6 Pro 5G with new cameras and a new look. The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Max chip powers the Reno 7 Pro. It comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage as standard. The 6.5-inch flat display has an FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz.
The 4500mAh battery and 65W wired fast charging are identical to the previous model. On the other hand, the cameras are all new (kind of). A 50MP Sony IMX766 1/1.56-inch primary camera, an unnamed ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera, all positioned on a camera hump with an LED light ring around it.
The Reno 7 Pro starts at CNY 3299 (about ₹43,000) for China’s 8GB RAM option.
Features and specifications of the Oppo Reno 7
The Reno 7 is powered by a Snapdragon 778G processor with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The style is unchanged, but the 6.4-inch 90Hz AMOLED display has been increased in size. The battery capacity stays unchanged at 45000mAh. However, it now receives 60W charging. A 64MP sensor is also included in the main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The Reno 7 is priced at CNY 2699 (about ₹31,000).
Features of the Oppo Reno 7 SE
The Reno 7 SE, with a traditional curving appearance and a Dimensity 900 CPU under the hood with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, is the most economical model here, starting at CNY 2199 (about ₹25,000). The Reno 7 SE has a 6.4-inch 90Hz FHD+ OLED display and a 4500mA battery, although the latter requires a 33W cable system to charge.
