There’s good news if you’ve reserved an electric scooter from Ola Electric. The Ola app now displays an expected delivery date for individuals who have reserved the new Ola electric scooter. Customers who reserve an Ola scooter may now get an anticipated arrival date in the app. Only the Ola app may be used to purchase the scooter.

If you’ve reserved an Ola S1 or S1 Pro scooter, you can look up the projected arrival date of your electric scooter in the booking information. Ola has stated that the first deliveries will take place in October. The electric scooters will be available for purchase again on November 1, but only through the Ola app.

The Ola app displays the scheduled delivery time.

A consumer-first noticed the feature on Twitter. “Finally, @OlaElectric has revised the projected delivery date on the @OlaApp, and we are now excitedly awaiting the revolution… thank you, @bhash sir.”

In July, the business stated that 100,000 reservations for its first-generation electric scooters had been received in less than a day. In the world of scooters, this is a world record. These scooters were released on August 15 in two versions: S1 and S1 Pro.

The Ola Electric S1 costs 99,999 dollars, while the S1 Pro costs 1,29,999 dollars. Prices, on the other hand, fall in states with active subsidy handouts. The S1 would cost 85,099 dollars in Delhi and 79,999 dollars in Gujarat. The company operated on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of debut.

The Ola S1 has a top speed of 90 kmph. It can travel up to 121 kilometers on a single charge. The Ola S1 Pro has a range of 181 kilometers and a top speed of 115 kilometers per hour. The 8.5Kw powertrain will be offered on both variants. Ola Electric will build a nationwide network of Hyperchargers to help drivers charge their cars faster while on the go.

Ola Electric also revealed that the scooter would be produced at the Ola Futurefactory, employing 10,000 women exclusively.
