MTAR Technologies received a huge response from investors with its initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 597 crore, subscribed more than 200 times. The company is expected to allocate shares on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. On the last day of the bidding process, the company received bids for 145.79 crore equity shares against the offered size of 72.6 lakh equity shares.

Subscriptions were taken 28.4 times for the reserved portion for retail investors, 165 times for the qualified institutional buyer’s category and 650.79 times for the non-institutional category.

574- 575 per share as the price band was fixed. The public offering began on 3 March and closed after 5 days on 5 March. The refund process will start on March 12, 2021, while the listing date is March 16, 2021.

1: Investors need to visit the official website of the Registrar KFintech Private Limited by clicking on the link to check the status of the application.

2: You have to click on the Select Select company and then click on the ‘Technologies MTAR Technologies’ option. However, you need to note that the status will be visible only after the allocation is finalized.

3: After selecting the company, you have to enter your PAN details, application number or client ID.

4: Post that, you have to enter the captcha and click on the ‘Submit’ option

5: As soon as you go to ‘Submit’, the status of your application will appear on the screen.
