The Motorola Razr 2022 and Motorola X30 Pro smartphones were supposed to debut in China on August 2. The launch was cancelled just before the event, but no specific reasons were given. Motorola and Lenovo General Manager Chen Jin have already teased an image of the Moto Razr 2022 with the date August 11 shown on the cover screen, shortly after announcing the cancellation of the launch event for Motorola Razr 2022 and Moto X30 Pro smartphones. Even though he hasn’t said when the smartphones would be released, it is believed that it will happen this week.

Motorola manager Chen Jin published a fresh teaser for the Moto Razr 2022 smartphone on Weibo on Thursday. It is possible to view the foldable phone’s cover screen displaying the date and time of August 11 with a 2 pm set. The Motorola Razr 2022’s upcoming debut date and time are likely indicated by this picture. At the same event, the firm is anticipated to introduce the Moto X30 Pro. There isn’t yet any official confirmation of the postponed release of either smartphone, either.

The Motorola Razr 2022 and Motorola X30 Pro smartphones are now available for pre-order through JD.com, and the site has been displaying the pre-order cutoff time as August 11 at 19:59. This suggests once more that the cellphones may be sold as soon as they are released.

Earlier, both smartphones were supposed to go on sale in China on August 2 at 7:30 p.m. local time (5 pm IST). Unfortunately, the Razr 2022 and Moto X30 Pro launches were abruptly postponed. Prior to the debut, Chen Jin affirmed the same in a post without giving any other details.

According to a TENAA listing, the Motorola Razr 2022 may have a 6.67-inch OLED primary display with a full-HD+ (1,080×2,400) resolution. Additionally, it is reported to be running on a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.

The Motorola X30 Pro, on the other hand, was also included in the TENAA listing, indicating that the phone would probably have a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) resolution. The Moto X30 Pro, according to the manufacturer, will be the first smartphone to be released with a 200-megapixel sensor.
