Lenovo-owned Motorola recently announced the Motorola E40 smartphone, a low-cost device available in India on October 12. The 4G-enabled smartphone is rumored to include an HD+ resolution LCD screen, an octa-core processor, and a 5,000mAh battery and will ship with Android 11 pre-installed. The Moto E40 price is presently unknown, but as the launch date is near, more information should become accessible.
Last week, Motorola revealed on Twitter that the Moto E40 smartphone would be available in India on October 12. The phone will be available in two colors: Pink Clay and Carbon Gray, and it is likely to have an IP52 rating. Users will be able to purchase the smartphone through Flipkart. However, it is currently unknown whether customers will buy the item through other offline or online stores.
According to the Moto E40’s Flipkart page, the handset will have a 1.8GHz Unisoc T700 octa-core processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. According to reports, the internal storage may be increased to 1 TB. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery, and the software is Android 11 with the My UX skin on top. The phone is likely to have a 3.5mm headphone jack, a fingerprint scanner on the back, and a dedicated Google Assistant, similar to the company’s Moto G30 smartphone.
The Moto E40 smartphone is believed to have a triple camera arrangement, with a 48MP primary camera sensor above a macro camera, which is placed above a depth sensor. Motorola’s Quad Pixel technology will also be included in the camera. The gadget is expected to have a selfie camera on the front, which will be situated in the punch hole of the display and possibly support Motorola’s proprietary face unlocking software.
