Specifications and characteristics of the Moto G31
Motorola has emphasized the Moto G31’s AMOLED display, which is a rarity at this pricing point. The Moto G31 is equipped with a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate. However, there is a fingerprint sensor on the back, adorned with the Motorola batwing emblem.
The Moto G31 has a plastic unibody design and weighs 180 grams, which is relatively light for a phone with a 5000mAh battery. The show is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It’s worth noting that Motorola is employing eMCP storage, which is quicker than eMMC but slower than UFS storage. In addition, the gadget lacks carrier aggregation.
Motorola is launching the smartphone with a near-stock version of Android 11 that includes several Moto features. The company says an update to Android 12 will be available soon, but no timetable has been set.
The smartphone has a 5000mAh battery, and Motorola has added support for India’s 20W cable charging option. A USB-C port is included with the phone.
Finally, the Moto G31 has a triple-sensor camera configuration on the back: a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies and video calls, the front camera includes a 13MP sensor.
