Actually, Toriza was caught by custom officers. He had escaped from the nerves of two Anti Narcotics Force (ANF). In such cases, the ANF and the Airport Security Force want to interrogate him, but the customs department is not ready to give custody. The model is kept in a custom house. According to the law, in this case, the ANF has the right to interrogate the suspect in custody, but the customs department is not ready to do so. Things are that instead of being interrogated the criminal, the department is doing legal research on who should get the custody of the model.
It is worth mentioning that a racket was also caught last year, which smuggled Narcotics in large numbers through Pakistan International Airlines. In this regard, the officials of the airlines and the ground staff of Heathrow Airport were also apprehended.
