Islamabad, After rejecting the marriage proposal in Pakistan’s province of Punjab, acids were thrown at three girls, including two sisters, from which they were scorched. According to media reports, after rejecting the marriage proposal, a relative of sisters allegedly attacked these girls with acid.

According to a report of Dawn News TV, the students of the university, both sisters and their friends stood at a bus stop in the morning Dang district, during which time people riding a motorbike threw acid on girls. According to the police, the faces and hands of the girls were scorched and they were admitted to a hospital.

According to Aamir Abbas, SHO of Dang Police Station, ‘The main suspect is a relative of these two sisters. Another accused has been identified as a friend of the relative. ‘ Police said that one of these girls had refused marriage proposal and this is the reason for the attack here. Both the attackers are still absconding while the third accused has been arrested.

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Inspector General of Police Arif Nawaz have sought a detailed report in this matter. According to the report, he has also directed the senior police officers to arrest the accused within the next 24 hours.
