Earlier this year, iQOO introduced the iQOO 9 series to the Chinese market, and now the business is planning to release the iQOO 10. The handset is scheduled to be released later this month. An earlier story indicated that the series will premiere in China in July, and now Chinese social media site Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station has backed up that allegation. The source also revealed some details about the essential specifications and features that the upcoming iQOO number series edition may include. Though the exact model that the tipster is referring to is unknown, a report from GizmoChina claims that it is the vanilla version of the smartphone.

Specifications for iQOO 10 (expected)

The 6.78-inch OLED display on the iQOO 10 is said to have a Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, with DC dimming capability. The device is most likely to be powered by Qualcomm’s SM8475 processor, which is a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with 12 GB of RAM.

The camera setup might include a 50-megapixel camera on the rear with a 1/1.5-inch sensor. The smartphone is reportedly expected to offer 120W rapid charging.

The iQOO 10 does not appear to be a big increase over its predecessor, the iQOO 9, which was released earlier this year in China. The iQOO 9 comes with a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera on the back, as well as a 16-megapixel front camera. The phone is available with 8 GB or 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 GB, 256 GB, or 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. A 4,700mAh battery is also included.
