About the Internship: Content Writer – Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Writing at least 5 articles per day & discovering effective & creative ideas
2. Altering the content to grab the best
3. Giving best content according to the requirement
4. Writing a quirky copy for our company’s social media
5. Preparing a content strategy for our brand on social media
6. Creating and ensuring seamless delivery of content and produce end-to-end content around current affairs, general news, and politics
7. Overlooking the metadata optimization to improve content discovery and increasing views & maximizing views on our website
8. Promoting videos on different social media pages

Skill(s) required: English Proficiency (Written)

About the Internship: Campus Ambassador Program

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Social media marketing on a daily basis such as posting posts of the company on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Whatsapp, etc.
2. Brand awareness and promotion in your society
3. Create memes and share/comment/tweet it on all social media platforms

1. Design and develop different modules of the application based on requirements
2. Find and implement solutions to complex problem statements for different modules in the application
3. Design and develop logical and physical data models that meet application requirements
4. Address any technical bugs and issues in the process

About the Internship: HR Intern

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing all phases of recruitment including requisition intake, sourcing strategy, sourcing timeline, candidate screening, rehire eligibility, candidate presentation, reference check, internal assessment, candidate preparation

2. Performing recruitment lifecycles like sourcing the resource, screening and coordinating technical interviews, negotiation and follow up, etc.

3. Formulating HR policies at the company level

4. Acting as an independent advisor for employees in tough situations
5. Managing HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, and ongoing development of an engaged workforce
6. Improving training & development related processes including identification of training needs, design, delivery and evaluation of development programs
