Celebration of International Men’s Day in India has already started 13 years ago. It was first celebrated in the year 2007. It started in 1998 in Trinidad and Tobago if we talk globally. Dr Jerome Tilak Singh thought of celebrating Men’s Day, appreciating the contribution of men. He first celebrated World Men’s Day on his father’s birthday. Dr Jerome started this by taking the initiative of International Men’s Day and since then it has been celebrated every year.
A theme is kept every year on International Men’s Day. This year’s theme is ‘Better Health for Man and Boys’.

Say no to trans fat – While you should control the fat going in your body, it is very important to understand what kind of fat you are eating. Deep fry is trans fat and also things made from hydrogenated oils. Due to which the risk of heart-related diseases increases. Eat healthy fat like olive oil and omega-3.
Include weight training in exercise – Aerobic exercise is good for your heart. If you do not do it daily, then do it once a week. Maintain a certain weight – where everyone is busy losing weight on one side. In this case, maintain a certain weight. This will make you look and feel better as well.
