Infinix Zero 20 With 60-Megapixel Selfie Camera Launched in India

Following weeks of rumours around the introduction of the Infinix Zero series in the nation, the Infinix Zero 20 was introduced on Tuesday. The device and the Infinix Zero Ultra 5G were also launched together. A 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with full-HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate are available on the Infinix Zero 20. The device has up to 256GB of internal storage and an 8GB RAM chip from MediaTek called the Helio G99.

Prior to its release, a number of leaks regarding the Zero 20 smartphone from China’s Transsion Holdings-owned company appeared. The Infinix Zero 20’s price for the 8GB + 128GB internal storage model is fixed at Rs 15,999. From December 29 on, it will be available for purchase through Flipkart. There will be three colour options for the smartphone: Space Gray, Glitter Gold, and Green Fantasy. Additionally, the e-commerce site is giving customers who pay with their Flipkart Axis Bank cards a 5% cashback.

Specifications

The recently released Infinix Zero 20 features dual-SIM 4G connectivity and comes pre-installed with the Android 12-based XOS 12. The device has a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The smartphone is driven by 8GB RAM and MediaTek Helio G99 SoC.

With a quad-LED flash, the Infinix Zero 20’s triple rear camera system has a 108-megapixel primary sensor, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The phone has a front-facing 60-megapixel camera with OIS for taking selfies. A teardrop-shaped notch in the centre houses the selfie camera.

The smartphone has an internal storage capacity of up to 256GB and a microSD card slot that enables storage expansion by an extra 256 GB. Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth v5, a 3.5mm headphone connector, and a USB Type-C port are among the available connectivity options. The Infinix Zero 20 also features a fingerprint reader on the side rail for biometric identification along with gravity, gyroscope, light, proximity, and geomagnetic sensors. The phone has a 44W rapid charging capability and a 4500mAh battery. The phone weighs 196 grammes and has dimensions of 164.43 x 76.66 x 7.98mm.
