India is very important inspiration: UN chief.

Washington, Describing India as a very important inspiration for the international community, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres thanked India for its participation in the world body and for a strong multilateral commitment. On the first anniversary of the India-United Nations Development Partnership fund, Antonio Guterres said, “India has played an important role in shaping sustainable development goals. United Nations Secretary-General can visit India this year. While praising India for leadership and solidarity, he said that he was excited to increase the partnership with India on the fund.
