Mohali: Team India captain Rohit Sharma made a double century on Wednesday at Mohali’s IS Bindra stadium after a big bang against Sri Lanka. Rohit had expressed his desire to make a triple hundred in ODI International during the show “Breakfast with Champions” some time ago.
During the discussion with Gaurav Kapoor, he had said that playing 300 innings in ODIs is not easy, but I will try very well for this. Rohit said that whenever I go for batting, people want me to score 300 runs. When I am around the boundaries or at the airport during fielding, people ask me if I am making 300 runs. It shows that India does not expect to do better than you in a country. I will do my best for this.
