On Sunday, the Gujarat Titans presented their new logo in the Metaverse. The logo depicts an apex, which represents the spirit of the ‘Titans.’ According to the franchise, it represents the team’s desire to reach the ‘pinnacle’ of success in the 2018 Indian Premier League season. Head Coach Ashish Nehra, captain Hardik Pandya, and batsman Shubman Gill, who had the first-ever encounter in The Titans Dugout in the Metaverse, unveiled the logo.
According to the website, the emblem also includes a ‘bolt of lightning,’ which represents the enormous energy and incredible strength to brighten even the darkest of the sky in a split second, and will represent the team’s desire to convert adversity into triumph.
Gujarat Titans are one of two new clubs in the 15th season of the Indian Premier League.
Mohammed Shami, Jason Roy, and Lockie Ferguson are among the top players for the Gujarat Titans. David Miller, Rahul Tewatia, Vijay Shankar, Wriddhiman Saha, Hardik Pandya, Rashid Khan, and Shubman Gill are among the players on the team. The Lucknow Super Giants are the other IPL team to debut in the tournament’s 15th edition. In Lucknow Super Giants, KL Rahul will be in charge of the team.
Gujarat Titans purchased 23 players at the IPL Mega Auction, including eight foreign players. Hardik Pandya, Shubman Gill, and Rashid Khan were retained by the Gujarat Titans, while KL Rahul, Ravi Bishnoi, and Marcus Stoinis were kept by the Lucknow Super Giants.
