A few hours after they went on sale, the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro were sold out on Flipkart. There isn’t a version available for purchase right now despite the sale starting earlier today.

Starting prices for the series in India are Rs 59,999 for the regular model and Rs 84,999 for the Pro model. Flipkart was only offering Rs 6,000 cashback on the Google Pixel 7 and Rs 8,500 on the Pixel 7 Pro when both handsets went on sale earlier today.

Additionally, there was an exchange offer with a bigger discount. The stock was completely sold out during the first several hours of Flipkart’s first sale, and Google has not yet released a statement regarding the stocks. While this is unfortunate for those who were hoping to get their hands on the newest Pixel gadget, it shows that the demand for the Pixel 7 series is growing in India.

In terms of appearance, it closely resembles the style of its predecessor. Newer phones, however, have a superior camera and the all-new Tensor G2 chipset. The Pixel phones now enable face to unlock, so the story is far from over. While the Pro model has a triple camera configuration, the basic version only has a duo camera.

Both Pixel phones have a 10.8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls, while the Pixel 7 has a 50MP primary and 12MP secondary sensor and the Pixel 7 Pro has an even better 50MP primary sensor, 12MP secondary sensor, and a 48MP telephoto lens with 30x super res zoom. Additionally, the tech titan from California has reserved the Pixel 7 Pro alone for premium features like Cinematic Blur.
