Former India opener and current Member of Lok Sabha Gautam Gambhir is celebrating his 39th birthday on Wednesday. Please tell that Gambhir is a BJP MP from East Delhi. On this occasion, former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina and many veteran players have wished him.

He was born on 14 October 1981 in Delhi, Gambhir started playing cricket from the age of 10. At the age of 22, Gambhir made his debut for Team India. He started his cricket career in 2003 playing one-day matches against Bangladesh and made his Test debut against Australia in 2004.

Gautam Gambhir is one of only one Indian and four international cricketers to score a century in five consecutive Test matches. He is the only Indian batsman to score more than 300 runs in four consecutive Test series.
