Delhi Capitals have given a chance to debut young Karnataka leg-spinner, Praveen Dubey, in their 13th match of this season.
In the IPL 2020 today, Praveen Dubey from Delhi Capitals got a chance to start his IPL career. Dubey, who has been waiting for his turn in the IPL since 2016. He has got a chance to play here after four. The 27-year-old was selected by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), captained by Virat Kohli for the years 2016 and 2017. But did not get a chance to make his IPL debut.
Dubey comes from Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh but in cricket, he is playing for Karnataka. He must have considered himself lucky today because he was not picked by any team for this season. But he was a reserve player and Delhi’s senior leg spinner Amit Mishra was injured in the tournament when Delhi opted for Dubey in his place.

This young player has played 1 First Class, 8 List A and 14 T20 matches so far. He has 2 wickets in first class cricket and he also scored an unbeaten 46 in the only match played so far. Apart from this, he has 11 in List A and 16 wickets in T20.
