Date chutney 
Ingredients: 100 grams dates, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, two teaspoon dry fruits, a pinch of salt (to taste)

How to make
To make this, first, remove the seeds from the dates and soak them for about two hours in three cups of water. Remove them from the water and place them in a jar to cook thoroughly. Place the cooked ones in a mixer and grind them well. Add chili powder, black pepper, cumin powder, and other spices after grinding, and simmer for a while. Mix in the dried fruits and white salt until everything is combined correctly.

Date Payasam
Ingredients:
1 cup dates, 2 cups milk, one teaspoon ghee, one teaspoon raisins, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, six cashews

How do you make
To prepare, first finely chop the dates, heat the milk in a pan until it boils, add it to the ghee in a separate pan, fry them thoroughly, and remove them. Then, sauté the raisins and cashews in the same pan, then add the milk and dates and simmer well. After these have been crushed, add some water, cardamom powder, and dried fruits, and stir well.

Date pudding
Ingredients:
100 g dates, 1/2 cup ghee, 2 tsp cashews, 1/2 cup hot water, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 1/2 cup milk

How to make it
Finely cut the dates and boil them for about 10 minutes in water. Put it in the mixer once they’ve been boiled and ground them well. Then, in a saucepan, bring milk to a boil, add the date puree and continue to simmer. Then mix the rest of the ingredients as well. Also, put some ghee in the center. Remove the pudding when it has become golden.
