Case against Harvard on racialism with Asian-origin students.

Washington, America’s prestigious Harvard University has been accused of racism with American students of Asian descent in curtains. It has been sued for Le University. It is being said that American students of Asian descent were given lesser numbers than other candidates on such parameters as Positive Personalities.

According to a report by the New York Times, the ‘Student for Fair Admissions’ (SFA) organization filed suit against the 388-year-old university for discrimination with Asian applicants. SFA analyzed enrollment figures of more than 1,60,000 applicants for enrollment between 2000 and 2015. The appeal of Asian origin found in it was given a low point on the parameters related to personality like likes, courage, generosity, social prestige etc.

SFA said that Asian American American applicants have performed better on scales such as checks, grades, additional activities, etc. than any other applicant, but their nomination was made difficult by giving less marks on personality-based scales. It has been said in the court that Harvard had internally investigated the process of admission in 2013, in which it had come to discriminate with students of Asian descent, but this report has never been made public.
