How to make Beetroot Potato Cutlet –
To make Beetroot Potato Cutlet, first, take grated beetroot and extract its juice. Take out this juice in a bowl and keep it aside. Now in a bowl, add mashed potatoes with grated beetroot and mix well. Put all the spices like amchur powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, rock salt, and green coriander along with crushed peanuts in the bowl.

Now mix it well with your hands and prepare a ball out of it. After this, grease the hands with a bit of ghee and flatten them to make a mixture of dough tikkis. Now put 1-2 tbsp of ghee on a nonstick tava (griddle) and place the prepared tikkis on it and fry till it turns light golden from both sides. Your beetroot potato cutlets are ready to be served. You can serve them with curd chutney or mint chutney.
