Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will get himself tested for coronavirus COVID-19 on the 9th of June, Tuesday. Mr. Kejriwal has been showing symptoms of coronavirus since Sunday. Mr. Kejriwal has been experiencing a fever for the past two days.

According to an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) spokesperson, the Chief Minister of Delhi and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor complained of having a sore throat and fever, causing worries. Mr. Kejriwal will now undergo tests to check if he has caught the coronavirus.

Meanwhile, the chief minister has canceled all the scheduled meetings and put himself into self-isolation. Sources say that the COVID test on the chief minister will be conducted on the 8th of June 2020, Monday.

Delhi is reporting more than 1,000 cases daily for the last several days. So far the capital has reported 28,936 coronavirus positive cases out of which 10,999 patients, including many put on ventilators, have recovered. A total of 812 persons have died due to coronavirus in Delhi so far.
