Ahmed Patel Died Recently Due to Covid-19!
Covid-19 is turning to be the worst pandemic till now. After this many people are dying. And this includes the list of very famous people also. One more person was added to the list recently. He is Ahmed Patel. Ahmed Patel was a politician. And was a Senior Congress leader.
He was in a hospital in Gurgaon. The name of the hospital is Medanta Hospital. And he went there after his health worsened from the covid-19. He was of the age of 71 only. And this news came after his son wrote on Twitter. In a tweet at around 4 am, his son, Faisal Patel, said that the Rajya Sabha MP from Gujarat died at 3.30 am.

“With profound grief & sorrow, I regret to announce the sad and untimely demise of my father, Mr. Ahmed Patel at 25/11/2020, 03:30 AM. After testing positive for COVID-19 around a month back, his health worsened further due to multiple organ failures. May Allah grants him Jannatul Firdaus, inshallah,” he wrote on Twitter. “…also maintain social distancing norms at all times,” Faisal Patel added.
And after that, it was not soon when Twitter was full of tweets for Ahmed Patel. As we all know he was very near to Sonia Gandhi. And after this news, she wrote, “I have lost a colleague, whose entire life was dedicated to the Congress party.”
“Saddened by the demise of Ahmed Patel Ji. He spent years in public life, serving society. Known for his sharp mind, his role in strengthening the Congress Party would always be remembered. Spoke to his son Faisal and expressed condolences. May Ahmed Bhai’s soul rests in peace,” PM Modi tweeted.
“He lived and breathed Congress and stood with the party through its most difficult times. He was a tremendous asset. We will miss him. My love and condolences to Faisal, Mumtaz & the family,” Rahul Gandhi tweeted.
From when he was not well?
Ahmed Patel was suffering from Covid-19 for the past month. And he was struggling to fight with the virus. But as his situation was getting worse, he went to the Medanta Hospital. He was in ICU from November 15 only after admitting to the hospital.
When his reports came positive for covid-19, he asked all people who were in contact with him to under-go self-isolation. He knew this is not a simple virus, and protecting others was a very good task he did.
Ahmed Patel is the second senior Congress pioneer to have passed on because of Covid-related confusions, as his demise comes two days after previous Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi kicked the bucket in Guwahati.
