Adipurush first look: Prabhas shows his character’s warrior side

Adipurush, directed by Om Raut, debuted its first image on Friday. Prabhas shared the movie’s English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada posters on his Instagram page. Prabhas was depicted in the poster sitting on one knee and gazing upward while holding a bow and arrow.

The actor was seen with his hair tied back while donning a vest and dhoti for the character’s look. In the distance, lighting could be seen in the burning sky. According to rumours, Prabhas will portray Ram in the movie, and the character’s first appearance reveals his warrior side.

Sunny Singh, Saif Ali Khan, and Kriti Sanon are also featured in the movie. According to reports, Sunny will play Lakshman in the movie. Kriti is expected to portray Sita in the upcoming movie, and Saif Ali Khan will play Raavan.

On October 2, on the bank of the Sarayu in Ayodhya, the teaser and poster for the movie will be unveiled. Adipurush is a forthcoming mythological film that depicts the victory of good over evil and is based on the epic Ramayana. Adipurush is slated for an IMAX and 3D release on January 12, 2023. Production of the movie began back in February. The movie, made by Bhushan Kumar, Om, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair, will debut in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Kriti recently spoke with Bollywood Hungama about Prabhas, “I would love to work with him again, I had a great time working with him…apart from food something unique about him… I think he has some weird purity in his eyes. Sometimes, I’ve seen his shots like, when the camera is really close there is so little that he does with his eyes & you can really feel everything that he is feeling. I think he is one of those people whose eyes are really expressive and very deep & there is something very pure, which I also feel is one of the reasons why he really suits the part because he has that sense of niceness and purity in his eyes.”
