Fennel seed water: Mixing 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds with warm water will help relieve acidity and symptoms such as heartburn.

Black cumin seeds: To get relief from acidity, chew on cumin seeds or boil 1 teaspoon in a glass of water.

Jaggery is high in potassium and magnesium. Potassium is important for maintaining PH balance and for the creation of mucus in the stomach; however, magnesium is essential for your digestive system to function properly. As a result, a modest amount will go a long way.

Ajwain: It helps with acidity and flatulence. It aids digestion and functions as an anti-acid agent.
