We all need love and laughs now more than ever so what better time to watch a good romantic comedy at home while chilling?

Netflix has got an amazing collection of romantic comedies that will be loved by all. It has a stock of great classic movies and also the latest hit ones.

The genre romantic comedy or rom-com is fun to watch at all times. You can watch it when you’re sad, when you’re happy, whenever you want and you feel better. So here’s a list of 6 movies that’ll lighten your mood and you’ll feel amazing.

• Always be my maybe

Always be my maybe is my favorite rom-com film. Ali Wong and Randall Park are great as childhood friends who reconnect as adults. Though their lives have taken them in different directions, like Wong is now a world-class chef, there’s still a lot of laughs and love between them. But things really go up a notch when suddenly Park’s character has to compete with Wong’s new boyfriend Keanu Reeves, starring as a hilarious fictionalized version of himself.

• Can’t hardly wait

This one’s a classic and definitely a must-watch. Featuring a collection of 1990s young Hollywood stars including Jennifer Love Hewitt, Seth Green, Ethan Embry, Lauren Ambrose, and Peter Facinelli, we follow a group of high school seniors during the night of a huge graduation party. Embry plays the main character, Preston, who has decided that at the party he will finally profess his love to the most popular girl in school, Amanda Beckett (Hewitt). Things don’t go as planned.

• He’s just not that into you

This is a great movie. He’s just not that into you is developed from the book of the same name. It’s basically about four men and five women in Baltimore who struggle to keep their love lives active and alive. Each one of them experiences heartbreak and tries to deal with the complexities of relationships.

• The Heartbreak Kid

This romantic comedy stars Hollywood actor Ben Stiller, who plays Eddie. Eddie falls in love with a girl and on their honeymoon in Cabo, he realizes he knows nothing about her. He later falls in love with another woman at the same resort in Cabo. You wouldn’t want to miss this one.

• The Incredible Jessica James

If you’re looking for something not so mainstream, these ones for you. In this film, Jessica Williams plays the title character in this indie rom-com that follows her character as she gets over a breakup by casually dating a guy she met on a blind date. Unlike the other typical Hollywood rom-com films, this one has some realness to the characters and the warts-and-all relationship being formed.

• The Kissing Booth

This is a teenage romantic comedy for all the teenagers out there. Here we follow Elle who falls in love with college bad boy Noah. Its second season was out recently. If you haven’t watched it yet, you should do it asap!
