Kansas, A woman resident of the Kenjas says that in lieu of a broken idol with her five-year-old child, an insurance company has claimed a total of 1.32 million US dollars on her family.
Sarah Goodman told Kansas City Star that the incident lasted for last month at the Tomahawk Ridge Community Center in Overland Park when his family was involved in a marriage resignation. Goodman says that she did not see artwork falling on the ground, but when it dropped, her son suffered minor injuries.
She said that sculpture was kept in an unsafe place in a crowded place. She was monitoring her child. There is no negligence on their part.
