5 major fashion mishaps made in Bollywood that we hope we forget with time.

Entertainment Tops

The glamorous Bollywood industry is known to have deep connections and influence, as far as the fashion industry is concerned. When these celebrities ace a particular style, it instantly becomes a sartorial statement, a trend, and it inspires many people including us to experiment. But in some cases, even these celebrities have made huge fashion blunders which to be very honest didn’t go unnoticed. So here are some of the fashion gaffes of these Bollywood stars.

• Salman Khan in Judwaa and Tere Naam

Salman Khan has made all of us cringe, not just in one but many movies. Remember the time in Judwaa when he wore a cropped Gangi with leather pants and a golden belt? I know, makes us cringe hard too. Then the iconic Tere Naam look, greasy hair, and middle parting. Don’t get me started on this one, moving forward.

• Shahid Kapoor in Kismat Konnection

As we are all aware Kismat Konnection failed at the box office for multiple reasons but one of the reasons definitely was the hideous costumed of this film, especially in the song Move Your Body now. I mean really? Shahid wore a satin grey shirt with satin pants and three satin ties.

• Aamir Khan in Rangeela

Even though the name of the movie says it all, whether it was absolutely essential for Aamir to dress like a handsome canary, it is a topic we continue to debate from time to time.

• Shahrukh Khan in Duplicate

In Duplicate, we somehow digested the double role concept, but definitely not the outfits. Dungarees were seen a lot back in the time but the weird usage of it with cheetah print, leather dungarees, and long necklaces. We have no explanation either, sorry.

• Akshay Kumar in Kambakkht Ishq

Lastly, even the Khiladi of Bollywood has disappointed us by showing some of the worst fashion trends in movies. Let’s talk about Kambakkht Ishq, the time when he wore tight scarves in a lot of scenes, studded jackets, long pants, and super ugly boots that didn’t fit his personality, at all. Also, the idea of wearing neon pants back in Aflatoon and the trend of sheer T-shirts still take our sartorial senses to a dark place.
