According to the National Fire Agency, this six-storey building has a nursing home and a hospital. The fire started from the first floor. According to the agency, the condition of 13 of the injured people remains critical.
Due to the serious situation of the injured, the number of dead is expected to increase. The presidential office told that South Korean President Moon J.-in the emergency meeting with his advisers to take stock of the situation. Police said that at the time of the incident, there were about 200 people in the hospital building.
